I work on the part of program evaluation that has to outlast the program year: the data model underneath the report, and the definitions that have to hold still long enough to measure change.
Work
I work on data systems in program evaluation. I build the measurement infrastructure behind a multi-city youth workforce program, working closely with the local partner organizations that run it and with the funders who support it. My work covers the full path from intake to long-term outcome: migration and modeling in Salesforce, Python pipelines, a longitudinal survey database, and an access-scoped analytics portal used by the program's partner organizations.
Before this I was a senior data systems analyst at Tech Goes Home, a Boston digital equity nonprofit, where I owned Salesforce end to end. I integrated three external systems so that it became the operational source of truth, and built the outcome reporting that covered more than 10,000 learners. The part that took longest was not the integration. It was making sure the program team trusted what came out, because a system nobody trusts produces data nobody believes.
Earlier I was a data analyst at a public university. I hold an MS in Business Analytics from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
Most of what I work on happens under real constraints: small teams, grant cycles, no dedicated data staff at the partner organizations, and definitions that were set years before anyone thought about analysis. The interesting problems live there.
